Ketaketi and Banglamukhi were set up through funds raised by friends and supporters of Yaknak Projects. The house are kept running solely by donations. It costs £12,000 a year to run the houses. This pays for the house rent, salaries for our amas, didis and Nepali house manager, school fees, clothes, food, medical costs and keeping the boys happy. One hundred percent of money donated is spent in Nepal. When Yaknak trustees visit Nepal we pay for all our own expenses. This includes flight costs.

If you would like to make a donation to our Ketaketi house project there are several ways of doing so.

You can transfer money into the Yaknak bank account by contacting your own bank and asking them to make a BACS payment. Our Bank details are: The Royal Bank of Scotland - Sort code 83-28-45 - Account No. 00640370

or, you can download a form to create a standing order here.

If you are a UK tax payer, we can claim back 20% on any donation you make. If you are donating, please also consider sending us a gift aid declaration. You can download a gift aid declaration here.

If you have a paypal account you can donate to Yaknak online.

Every year, we submit a report of our activities and accounts to the Office of the Scottish Charity Regulator (OSCR). To view our details and annual accounts, visit OSCR here.
